Terms of Service
Version 1.3 · Effective 2026-08-11
Short version: independent practice for exams, Brain games, and related paths; honor code against live dumps; optional email/PIN for progress; contact below for questions.
These Terms govern your use of CyberSkill Practice — exams, Brain, leaderboard, Account, the public Roadmap board, and related surfaces — operated by CyberSkill Software Solutions Consultancy and Development JSC ("CyberSkill", "we"). By using the service you agree to these Terms.
Honor code
By using this service you agree that:
- You will not submit, upload, or share content from real, NDA-protected certification exams (including recalled live questions or "brain dump" material).
- You will not use the service to violate any exam vendor's candidate agreement or similar rules that apply to you.
- Most practice banks are adapted from a vendor's own published course material, including the practice assessments inside it. Each item corresponds to a source question: we rewrote the stems, converted some multi-select questions to single-answer, and wrote our own explanations, and the answer keys were verified against the source rather than derived independently. One older bank predates these records and its origin is not documented. Items are not reproductions of a live, proctored certification exam.
Independent practice resource
CyberSkill is an independent practice resource and is neither affiliated with, nor authorized, sponsored, or approved by, Anthropic, PBC, or any other exam vendor whose credentials we help you prepare for.
Acceptable use
CyberSkill publishes practice content adapted from vendors' published course material and the practice assessments inside it — not dumps of live exams. That distinction is the trust axis of this product, so contributing or requesting live-exam content is prohibited.
- Contributing recalled live-exam content ("brain dumps") or any NDA-protected exam material.
- Scraping, crawling, or bulk-exporting the question bank (automated harvest of stems, options, or explanations).
- Automated account creation or credential sharing intended to defeat access limits or abuse free allowances.
- Reselling or republishing item content without written permission from CyberSkill.
Posts on the public Roadmap board are user-generated and the same rules apply. We may hide posts and suspend access for violations. If you believe an item resembles live exam content, use the in-product bug reporter (which submits to Status Hub for review) or email info@cyberskill.world. Community explanations on result pages are learner-written and human-moderated; recalled live-exam material in that channel is pulled pending review.
Accounts and progress
Optional email and PIN credentials are used only to save and retrieve your own progress. You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential. We may suspend access for acceptable-use violations.
Support and refunds
Buy Me a Coffee contributions are voluntary. One-time bananas and recurring memberships grant Supporter conveniences while the grant is active: a larger timed-mock allowance, per-option explanations, readiness, spaced review, adaptive drill, and study plans. Every practice question is free to everyone, so a contribution does not unlock extra questions. There is no card checkout on this site — payments are handled by Buy Me a Coffee. BMC charges follow Buy Me a Coffee's refund rules. If you need a make-good on this site, contact info@cyberskill.world.
Referral rewards are Supporter access days only — never cash or discount codes. A referral qualifies when the invited person finishes their first mock exam. Monthly caps apply; abuse (self-referral, farming, disposable addresses) forfeits rewards. Rewards apply when Supporter entitlements are active on the account. See also Support us.
